s​Drop off and Pick up Times

Weekdays: 8-10 a.m. ~~4- 5 p.m. Every day by appointment (in 5 minute increments) within
​these time frames.
Saturdays: 8 am - 10 am only NO afternoon hours this day.
​Sundays: 8-9 ~~ 4-5 p.m. Pick-ups between 8-8:30 is only $18, (not full day rate). Outside of hours late fees will apply. 
 Office Hours: Weekdays 8-5  Saturday 8-10 NO afternoon hours, please plan accordingly.
  • If you are boarding your dog, you reserve an appointments for drop off and pick up. Please adhere to your schedule to avoid extra fees.
  • ​ Calls will be returned the next day if outside of office hours.
  • Please email  [email protected]  to discuss boarding your pet, pet sitting or walking your pet.
**Holidays and Spring Break Dates- Require half of stay booking retainer at time of reservation to hole your spot. First come, first served. During these peak boarding times, holidays, a booking retainer will be taken to fold a peak boarding reservation. MINIMUM STAY during peak times is 4 Days, and within 4 days of a peak time.
On major holidays, we are not open for pick-ups or drop-offs, they must be made the day before or after. Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving, Easter, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day.

**Targhee Music Festivals~ A booking retainer will be taken at time of reservation. Cancellation fees apply, and must be made within 14 days of first day of stay.
Boarding early drop-off or late pick up: If you drop off or pick up outside of normal business hours, fee will be assessed. If you are more than 30 minutes late for afternoon pickup, your dog will be boarded overnight. All early drop offs or late pick ups must have prior approval.
