Drop off and Pick-up Hours
by appointment Weekdays 8-10 a.m. 4- 5 p.m. Saturday 8-9 ONLY Sunday 8-9 ~ 4-5 p.m. Pick-up between 8-8:30 is only $15. Every day is by appointment- We request your arrival within 15 minutes of your drop off or pick up time, as caregiver may be out walking dogs or caregiving in a pet's home. Holiday Boarding On major holidays, we are not open for pick-ups or drop-offs, they must be made the day before or after. A minimum of 4 days is expected for holidays. Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, Easter, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day. Peak times are-Spring Break, and Targhee Music Festivals. ~During national holidays, and peak times, 50% deposit must be made in advance via CREDIT CARD, VENMO, PAYPAL or check. ~If deposit is not received at time of reservation, it will be cancelled. ~14 days notice of reservation cancellation is required to receive full refund- 20 days for Thanksgiving and Christmas-( office fees apply for refund.) ~Cancellation within 14 (*Thanksgiving-Christimas is 20 days) day period before the holiday and "no shows" forfeit deposit. ~ A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after actual holiday.
